It is a passion for food and commitment to excellence that is making Sassy Chef Catering one of the fastest moving caterers to hit Sydney’s Eastern beaches in recent years. A boutique catering company that offer catering to your home, office or a venue of your choice and create a hassle-free, enjoyable and memorable experience for you and your friends or acquaintances.

Sassy Chef Catering owner and executive chef Sarah Jackson has a 25 year strong background in catering and has worked, travelled and taught her passion for food around the world. This includes the UK and Australia working at top international restaurants, hotels and reputable cooking schools. Sarah has claimed awards such as Winner of the Port Douglas Food and Wine Festival 2000 awarded by Maggie Beer. She uses her experience to create tailored menus that draw on flavours from her travels around the globe. The freshest produce and unique recipes that are developed and that is what makes Sassy Chef Catering deliver and stand out from the rest.

Sarah’s experience in teaching and training gives her up to date industry knowledge and she will discuss and advise how to best meet the needs of her clients. With a no-fuss attitude and dedication to her work she will leave you satisfied and confident you can relax and eat well while you entertain.

 

In recent times Sarah has worked closely with dieticians to plan meals for elite athletes. In 2018 and 2019 Sarah was part of the success of the NSW State of Origin team spending weeks in Camp cooking planned nutritious meals.

 

Whether at a venue of your choice or in the comfort of your own home, Sarah and her team are committed from the first point of contact through to follow up at the end of the function. More than half of Sassy Chef Catering clients return to book future occasions as she builds relationships with them that are based on trust to deliver quality and satisfaction.
